Can only buy on Amazon!
Since my local Italian delicatessen closed a few years ago, I’ve been unable to buy Ditaloni other than on Amazon. Superb quality; cooks to personal taste / requirements and nice texture once served - great for Pasta e Fagioli (old family recipe). Absolute value for money.

Delicious, Authentic Pasta Perfect for Soups
I've been a fan of Garofalo pasta for a while, and their Ditaloni Rigate did not disappoint. This small, ridged tube pasta is ideal for hearty soups like minestrone or pasta e fagioli. What sets Garofalo apart is the quality—made from 100% durum wheat semolina, the pasta holds its shape beautifully and has a satisfying bite (al dente) when cooked properly. The ridges (rigate) are perfect for holding onto sauces, making every bite flavorful. It cooks evenly, doesn’t turn mushy, and you can really taste the difference compared to supermarket brands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Italian pasta with excellent texture and flavour.

Perfection! ❤️
My family is Italian, I have spent a lot of time in Italy eating amazing food which is difficult to recreate here in the UK. Pasta snobbery is inherent and there aren’t many brands which I will purchase. This one definitely gets the seal of approval at a good price. I purchase many varieties from this brand and I’ve never been disappointed. Cooked well, the pasta has bite and it holds a lot of flavour from the sauce. Inferior products can go mushy, floppy and the sauce can’t cling to it. This Ditaloni was purchased for my 3 year old. He loves pasta and giving different varieties makes sure he never gets bored (and it tastes different being smaller I swear!) Not as small as Ditali, so it doesn’t take forever to eat. The pasta is ridged, so the sauce clings well even with oily sauces and makes it taste so much better - nothing worse than all the sauce falling off and eating tasteless pasta! It’s really versatile as well, can be used in a variety of dishes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Good price, quick delivery, really good product.

Back to my childhood
I used to eat this as a child and always called it baby pasta! Great to find it again, love how easy it is to cook, taste just like I remember. Such a great pasta for kids and adults and it’s small and doesn’t involve much chewing.

Pastina!
Excellent for pastina! But be warned, it’ll overcook quickly because it’s so small and overcooked pasta is vile in a pastina!🤣
