Great Seller
I bought two of these for a basement remodel. It took some time to get to a point where we ready to install, and we We finally put the first one in, I found a missing module. Seller was very responsive and sent a replacement module despite the time passed. We've only got one of the toilets installed so far, and haven't used them much, but seems pretty good so far. Installation is not for the faint of heart, but if you know what you are doing, they look great when done.

One Year of Use and Happy
We are very happy with our toilet. It is our first wall-hung toilet as well as the bidet option and we don't want to use any other toilet in our house. There have not been any issues, all of the features are wonderful.

Perfect, especially when space is limited.
My first time installing a wall hung and it’s absolutely perfect. My walls are true dimensional 2 x 4’s and this unit is solid as a rock. Installation was a breeze and much easier than expected. It flushes like it’s on steroids yet is relatively quiet. It’s comfortable and saves lots of space and is perfect for our 1890 bathroom remodel. We are very pleased!!

The seat ring is not comfortable. The lid is thin and looks modern but feels cheap. It's easy to install.

We used this in a room that didn't have room for a floor drain. It works amazingly well.

Great customer service, not so great design
Regretfully bought this even knowing about the poop smear issues.It's definitely worse that I thought. The water line is lower than the bowl, so that corner will have to be cleaned after every #2. And if it's not cleaned, it dries and hardens so a brush won't help.When I emailed them to see if you could change the water level (which isn't possible above that narrow part) they said "Any Wall Hung Toilet on the market would have that, and it's probably the #1 con of the Wall Hung Toilet." Which isn't true since wall hung toilets I've used abroad definitely don't have this issue.Another problem for me is that the flush makes the toilet seat visibly wet if the lid is closed. Also, the water that sweeps around the bowl actually touches the bottom of the toilet seat, so I have to clean it often. I really hope they come up with a better design that is compatible with the same frame.
