This updated iteration of the F-Lite 192 is ideal for CrossFit beginners and experts alike. It incorporates a raft of technologies, each designed to enhance comfort and performance across a range of disciplines. The F-Lite 192 features an injected EVA midsole which provides increased cushioning and memory retention for additional comfort, whilst RopeTec reinforcement of the medial and lateral sections of the outsole increase protection from climbing ropes. A sticky F-Lite outsole compound offers superb grip and traction on hard pack terrain whilst synthetic overlays intersect the lacing eyelets to provide a tight, adaptive midsole fit when the shoe is tightened. A 0mm heel-to-toe drop removes a significant portion of the weight present in heavier variants whilst allowing the foot to remain as close to the ground as possible. The addition of a synthetic TPU rubber offers enhanced forefoot protection that increases the longevity of the shoe without adding weight. The F-Lite 192 is a unisex trainer, designed to comfortably fit both genders.
