This is a must have for all you die hard Cher fans..I think the video for Main Man and Love Can Build A Bridge is superb, all these years of being a Cher fan and haven't seen those two.. It has everything from Half Breed up to recent for Song For The Lonely, classics which I grew up with.. Sure, it doesn't cover other great ones but this is just the start, many more video dvd's can come out.. This is an excellent dvd to start out with, the quality is wonderful, crystal clear.. This video compilation is a fantastic addition to Cher collections. There are 15 of her best videos included on this one dvd, but most Cher fans will be clamoring for a volume 2 to access those videos not included. The track listing on the dvd is different from that listed above. Dark Lady was not on the dvd (a real disappointment), nor was the almighty mix for Believe. However, there are two fantastic bonus videos that are included on this dvd but not listed above - the original Half-Breed video featuring Cher in her infamous Native American attire, and Love Can Build a Bridge, the benefit video done for Comic Relief (with Chrissy Hynde, Neneh Cherry, and Eric Clapton). One more note - the insert also said a Sonny & Cher Christmas dvd would be issued in the fall of 2004 - something else to look forward to from the great diva.

I was thrilled when I knew that a Cher video collection was coming out but I have to be honest that I was a little bit dissapointed because this production could've been much better. Some video hits are missing like her 70's #1 hit "DARK LADY" which had a funny video but instead of that track you can find "HALF-BREED" which has a boring video that just shows Cher seating on a horse, then "ALL OR NOTHING" that was another hit doesn't appear and you can find "MAIN MAN" which wasn't a hit. I also think that it could have at least special features as lyrics, photo gallery or Cher commenting about the videos (that would've been great). But well not everything is bad here because you can enjoy several great videos such as "IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME", "I FOUND SOMEONE", "WE ALL SLEEP ALONE", "BELIEVE", "SAVE UP ALL YOUR TEARS" and "LOVE CAN BUILD A BRIDGE" (featuring Chrissie Hynde, Neneh Cherry and Eric clapton).

Excellent collection of Cher videos. I would highly recommend this product.

when inserted in my new dvd player, i get this message '' UNSUPPORTED COLOR SYSTEM UNABLE TO PLAY

Being A Cher fan for 33 years,I can't explain how I am looking forward to owning this long time in waiting of a collection of videos. Some I have never seen before.At least in their entirety. Volume 2 should go back as far as her Sonny and Cher days in the 60's and 70's.As a team and as a solo artist.I can think of almost over 20 songs from I Got You Babe,Beat Goes On,All I Really Want To Do,Plastic Man,Alfie,Hell On Wheels,Dead Ringer For Love and much much more.Hope they dont deny us or make us wait a long time for Volume 2.

I recently purchased a multi region DVD player so I could watch mainly US dvd, however I was pleasantly surprised when this DVD arrived when it was advertised as being region 1 it is actually regions 2 - 6 PAL format so I can watch it on my original equipment. 15 original videos by Cher as a companion to her 2cd greatest hits collection. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Tout de m^m, le colis est un peu léger (enveloppe carton ondulé de 2.5 m/m) Mais ouf ! le DVD est arrivé en une seul pièce et non cassé, c'est un miracle. Sous blister vierge mais (sans code de région) ---------------------------------------------- jeudi 17 juillet 2014 >12h00 je rajoute: Et bien vous savez quoi ?? Ce DVD "The Very Best Of CHER" (reçu scellé) n'est pas compatible en lecture avec mes nombreux lecteurs Prof., Hi-Fi ou Audiophiles. Il affiche désespérément le message d'erreur suivant: ''LECTURE NON AUTORISEE DANS VOTRE REGION'' C'est un produit de contrebande ou quoi ? ----------------------------------------- Mardi 22 juillet 2014 >10h00 je conclus : Erreur ou pas, ce prestataire m'envoie bien un DVD incompatible Europe !
