These gummies work my hair feels healthier and thicker It’s my first bottle it didn’t grow that much I would say an 1 inch but the real growth shows on my nails and my nails never grow this long but these gummies gave me longer stronger nails I’m gonna buy these again I already finished mine and they taste so good.
