Barlean's Flax seed oil is superior. BUT it should be in a glass bottle. Using plastic containers contributes to climate change because the process of making plastic releases green house gases. The plastic container leaches plastic into the flax seed oil. All plastic containers leach plastic into foods and supplements. Plastic is made from petroleum.
