how do you open the filthy olive brine pouch?

Peel the black band off the bottom of the lid. Try to turn the lid to open. Swear. Try a few more times, swear again. Get pliers and apply to lid. Hold packaging just under lid with one hand, swear, twist lid off with pliers. Make a dirty martini and relax.

Is there an expiration date on the olive brine? Worried about product expiring before I’m able to use it up.

The shipment of 6 (six) I received 7/15/21 expires on 5/10/22, it says it on each individual package.

Says no preservatives but includes preservatives in the ingredients list?

Hey Filthy, Thanks for your attention to detail. There was an error in our Nutrition Facts image and we have flagged and submitted to Amazon. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for them to make the update. Our packaging for our Filthy Olive Brine states: NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS, COLORS, OR FLAVORS. The ingredients list do show that there are preservatives. Sorry for the confusion!

Why did my package taste like straight up water? Did i get a bad batch? I was so disappointed? It doesnt taste like anything

It is filtered and low sodium compared to brine that has olives in it

Great taste

Love this mix for making dirty martinis with vodka. Packaging is not bulky and great for size and price. I personally prefer it over other brands because of the lower sodium content per ounce but no compromise on taste.

Taste great but I could not open it; had to cut the container open and pour into a glass jar. If you have figured out how to unscrew the lid, please let me know. 🤣One star off for difficulty opening.

Money saver for dirty martini lovers!!

LOVE these! I only recently discovered my love for dirty martinis, but buying jars of olives was hurting my wallet BAD because I would use all the juice and still have 3/4 a jar of olives leftover. My only criticism is that I wish these were just a tad bit saltier. But hey, if all I have to do is add a dash of table salt to the drink, I'm good.

Almost great!

Wish it had a stronger Olive taste closer to what you might get at a good bar. We had to use more of this than the instructions say in order to get that truly filthy taste and found adding some Olive juice from the jar of olives helps.
