The grips will start to wear out from inside of the hand after lifting the weights. So overall its an average product ,will work for you for like one to two months. Considering the low price, i can say it is value to money

Good quality and great grip for heavy weights.
Got the Large size. It's all good and the quality is great. Can pick heavy weight with little to less pressure on my palm which is great and what I was looking for. Moreover, I wash them daily with detol after gym and trust me the grip and everything never fades. For the price these gloves actually gives you the performance of 100dhs + gloves. So happy with these.

Effective, but might be small for adult male hands
Provides good grip, but might be too "grippy" for some exercises. For example, one of my kettlebells has a smooth metal handle, and these gloves can get in the way of the kettlebell's rotation during a swing. Also, while the wrist band is adjustable, the palm and fingers of the gloves are not. I'd say my hands are in the small to medium range, and these gloves are a tight fit.
