Briggs New York Women's Petite Pull on Dress Pant Average & Short Length

Fashionable dress pants. Ordered the petite short size and they fit perfectly. The fabric is beautiful and has a small amount of spandex making them soft. The short length is a great fit. The front waist band is smooth and the elastic back waist band is comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase and would purchase them again.

I bought two pair, a black and a gray. They both are very comfortable and fit well, the pockets are large enough for your hands and a set of keys. The only issue I have is the gray pair has some stitching closing up both pockets partially. They are perfect for wearing to the office for work.

For the price point the material quality and winkle resistance were good. The fit not so much- the pants have an odd fit between the waist and hip and the length is too long for a petite.

Nice looking slacks for the price. 5’3” 160 lbs. size 14ps fit perfectly.

I bought these pants to wear on Elegant Night while on a cruise. Tired of wearing my usual black skirt. I wanted dressy and to be able to wear heals with them. I got the black 14P, I am 5'2" and 163 pounds. Amazon recommended I get 16P, but I have never wore size 16 before and was afraid if they were too big, I might not have time to exchange for a smaller size before having to leave for the cruise. So I stuck with the size 14 that I knew would fit based on other clothing I have that is that size. I am so glad I did, they fit great. The pants are smooth black, very nice fabric, with pockets, straight leg but not skinny leg at all, loose around the calves. Perfect for wearing a nice healed shoe. The pockets were sewn shut, on purpose, I took a very small pair of scissors and was able to easily cut the thread without harming the pant material. Elastic waste band is wide and smooth, could very easily wear a shirt tucked into these pants and would look nice. I am so glad that I got these pants. I am retired and don't dress up hardly at all any more, otherwise I would buy other colors because I love the fit and fabric. I would recommend these pants 100%.

I have several other pants by this brand on a size 16P and the length seems to be a couple of inches shorter than my new pants. The manufacturer must have changed the sizing. I would recommend to go with short instead of petite if you are only 5’ 3” tall as I am.
