pretty accurate reviews. honest, good product.
I just received my titin force shirt system a few hours ago. To start off I will talk about the quality. The quality of the shirts and gels were great, the seams were very professional and the material is top grade. On to sizing.. I am 17 years old about 5'-7" and 130 pounds. All my shirts are mediums but I bought a small 1) I didn't want too big of a compression shirt. 2) it was 25$ off haha. Now the small sized system is not to tight at all, its actually just about perfect. I haven't done a full blown workout yet but I did some basic movements and exercises. The system doesn't restrict any movement, I can do everything just about the same as without the shirt. They put the zipper for the inner shirt on the side instead of on the back which I thought was perfect. Now to my last subject. Taking it off. The outter shirt comes of no problem. Now when I was taking mine off I wasn't sweating or hot. That being said it was probably a little easier than it would have been had I just gotten done with a workout. However it is still a bit hard to take off, I wouldn't say its a negative thing because its supposed to be that way so it doesn't move around during your workout. SO that is my review all-in-all i think its a great product, a bit spendy but if you like staying in shape and having a challenge during workouts I would recommend this product if you have the cash.

Real World Results
I purchased this 6 weeks ago. I've used it at least six times in that period. I've inadvertently dried it twice after laundering, but there is no discernible negative result from that. I am 190 pounds and 6' tall. I purchased a large. It fits snuggly but not too tight to be too encumbering. I am a little concerned about how delicate I need to be while inserting the gel packs into the pockets. A couple times, I thought I was going to rip the seem. However, it is holding up. They come out very easily at the end of the workout, so I can clean the shirt. One reviewer said he doesn't wash his, but I thought it smelled a little if I didn't wash it. I would not recommend hanging it up with the gel packs in the pockets. Movement is great.I time all of my workouts and keep track. There is an impact on speed, but the result is worth it. For example: compare without TITIN -- run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, run 1 mile in 52:52 versus with TITIN -- run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 150 push-ups, 200 squats, run 1 mile in 56:57. The running felt close to the same as without it. The pull-ups and push-ups were noticeably more difficult. The layered shirts get pretty warm, too. I would normally go without a shirt or just a light one, but to add two, tight layers makes a real difference. I will be interested in seeing how tolerable TITIN is in the summer time. I've done some Olympic weight lifting with the shirts on and occasionally caught the bar on the chest gel packs during a power clean, but it didn't prevent the movement. My only complaint is that the outer shirt is a bit long and either bunches around my beltline, or is pulled down halfway over my glutes. Maybe I should tuck it into my shorts?I do wish there were a slightly heavier option.Overall, I am happy with the decision and the quality of the product. However, considering the cost, I feel extra care is warranted so the investment will last.

Bravo Titin!
I bought a Titin and love it. I have also used everything from ankle/wrist band weights, standard 40lbs weight vest, etc... but only the Titin has worked without any problems. For example, today I wore the Titin during a speedy and steep 4 hour hike. It clearly made the hike far more difficult, yet I never felt discomfort of any kind. It perfectly form fits my body and my movement wasn't restrained at all. As a 220lbs guy, I'd like to see heavier gel packs, I'd be happy if it were doubled, but for now... wearing Titin while doing T25 or Insanity makes the workout so much harder, but in all all the right ways. While I do agree it is an investment... some of the complaints about price here are just silly. $40-50 dollar range? A good & sturdy fleece pullover right here on Amazon is $30-60... Just an underarmor shirt is $20-$60... just the shirt. No weighted gels. The Titin's undershirt is an underarmor type short sleeve... perhaps as this company grows and improve, prices will drop. I'd like to see the entire set, both top and bottom, with a heavier variant of gels, all for $250 or less. But I'm willing to support a new company with an extremely well made product that looks great and does exactly what it claims to! Bravo Titin!

Great Product. I have a 'typical' 40 lb weighted vest that i used to use but it was often top heavy and hard on my knees, plus there were only certain movements that I could do while wearing the vest. The Titin Shirt fits compressed to my upper body and the weights are spread out in a way that balances the weight across my frame and doesn't affect my kinetic movement. I've used this for crossfit training and can wear the Titin shirt in just about any type of workout from HSPU to Pull ups, Double unders, rope climbs and box jumps. It's just enough weight that it forces me to work just a little bit harder but without taking me to the point of injury. After wearing the shirt for a few weeks through training I've had a noticeable difference in my performance. I'd highly recommend it!
