Imm-Kine

I am giving this supplement to a family member with osteoarthritis. This is part of a Naturopathic Doctor's prescribed and recommended protocol and it helped first to reduce symptoms, then after taking it for several months we can see the start of reversal back to healthy joints. While I believe the success with this is due to the synergy with the other products in the protocol but at one point we ran out of Imm-Kine and the rest of the products did not have the same positive effect, so there was a noted positive difference with Imm-Kine. We now make sure to always order this before we run out.

My vet first recommended this product to me to boost my 13 year old German Shepherd's immune system, as he has cancer (1 pill a day for a big dog, and not the human adult dosage of 2 pills). My vet found out about it because it is actually part of her sister's cancer protocol as well. I found it on Amazon, looked at the research on the company's website and now not only is my dog still doing well (he's been on it for a bit over a year now) despite thyroid cancer being one of the fastest growing in dogs--- but I take it, and just recently got my dad on it. It boosts my immune system greatly. I can take it with or without food, have had no side effects.....I always recommend this product.

It has been known for some time that healthy gut bacteria is associated with a healthy immune system. It goes back right to our birth when our gut is first seeded with healthy bacteria through the mothers own immune system. As we get older, our gut flora can decrease due to the number of factors, such as diet, antibiotics etc. Fermented lactobacillus is a good way to re-introduce healthy probiotics, thus supporting your immune system. Beta Glucan is a type of soluble fiber which has been associated with numerous health benefits and may help help lower cholesterol levels, improve blood sugar management, and boost immune health. Together, these two ingredients are a good, gentle way to support one’s immune system. I feel it’s a solid product and am planning to reorder. Recommended

I got this because as a light drinker I decided for my health to quit drinking totally and am eager to help my liver begin healing (may) from any damage the alcohol may have done. There are so many encouraging studies that indicate this Lactobacillus Fermentum may really help with alcohol induced liver damage. It is thought it does this by restoring intestinal barrier function as well as reducing alcohol induced inflammatory mediators. There are actual pictures in some of the studies of the liver before Lactobacillus Fermentum treatment and the after. It was amazing at how much the liver was affected by alcohol and amazing how much this postbiotic healed it (may). Notice the is not a probiotic meaning it is not alive. So you get the benefits with lowered risk (may). And if that was not enough it is also touted as being able (may) to help with cholesterol which I know I have. Mine runs around 200 to 250 so any help is welcome. It is thought it helps with reducing cholesterol by reducing cholesterol absorption and increasing cholesterol catabolism. I also take Beta Glucans for possible (may) immune support. So this combined with the Lactobacillus Fermentum is like the cherry on top. It is thought that Beta Glucans help with diminishing the severity of colds and what not and some think it even helps with avoiding them. I do know it acts as a very strong antioxidant and I happy to have it my arsenal ! I usually never give a supplement 5 stars unless it third party tested. But I have never seen this postbiotic third party tested. As a matter of fact I rarely see it all (but suspect we will see more of it with these ground breaking studies). And when I do see it,, its in very small amounts. This is a whopping 500 mgs and I am all 5 stars on that ! Very happy with this and fingers crossed my liver benefits just like the studies showed. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Hope this was helpful !!

There have been so many flus this year. It seems like there is some new bug every 2 months or so. I am 'sick of it'. I ordered this and a few other products to try in an effort to catch the bug and arrest it before it can wipe me out. I am dealing with long term health issues that are enough, and these emergent bugs are ridiculous. I'm taking this at the first signs of respiratory or physical aches or pains that may be an oncoming flu. I've taken as directed as long as there is a threat and I've managed to stall or dim two possible flus. I do have friends who were recently hit pretty hard with a rough one, and I dosed with this product. It does seem to have gotten me through the last two weeks without progressing fully as my friends did. I can't be sure that this is the reason, but it's highly possible. I am still taking this product during this new flu that is moving through our circle, until it has passed. So far I have had a productive cough, a little bit a post nasal drip and some aches, but no full blown flu. It does seem to have peaked a week ago and is ending now. I am happy to be in the clear.... at least I am hoping this is it. 5 stars

The company seems very reputable and authentic. Not some cheap no-name company. That's always a plus when buying supplements to take. Price is a little high, but the quality and ingredients seem to be very pure and very clinically proven. Their website has all the publications regarding the effectiveness which also seems to help. My only issue was (1) I didn't see if it was produced in a GMP facility, I'm sure it is, but would have been nice to see that somewhere (maybe I missed it), and (2) for this price I would imagine this would be third party tested to ensure the quality and ingredients. Again, I'm sure they did it? But would be nice for us to see that.
