Ruined my hair

I was fresh out of the hair salon with a very nourished glossy hair that was fairly soft and healthy but i needed to go ashy so i bought this thinking its semi permanent and ammonia free so noth bad will happen..wrong! Now my hair is melting off and stringy it overprocessed my hair so bad to the point i can’t fix it i have to shop it all off till my ears ( i left the product on my hair for only 15mn)
