Highly underrated kit that Petac is making
As someone who has invested A LOT into ifak supplies and top tier gear from Agilite, Crye, Defense Mechanisms, and Esstac this pouch can hang with the best. It's a really handy ifak pouch that rips off with hook and loop for the ability to unmount the pouch when it's really needed. This pouch isn't a small belt pouch however. I'd put this on a plate carrier or bag set up.One thing I give I really like about not only this pouch but Petac gear in general are their molle straps that are integrated into their pouches is how easy they are to strap thru molle and how secure they are. They're wonderful, low profile straps that beat malice clips and the standard thick straps with buttons that will wear laser cut molle faster.I absolutely recommend this pouch and Petac in general. Great value for the money that I have no issues mounting right next to my top tier duty kit.

Best molle/quick release IFAK pouch
Petac is making great gear at much cheaper prices than the big brands. This IFAK ppich is bigger than the one that came with my battle belt so I can securely fit large gauze pads, an Israeli bandage, shock blanket, chest seals, quick clot packs, trauma shears, medical tape, and still have space for bandaids, alcohol wipes, and ointment. Plus it has the tourniquet elastic loop on the bottom. One of my best purchases for my kit this far.The quick release hook and loop is such a bonus from standard molle pouches. For the price this is a no brainer.

Good value for your money
I have this medkit mounted onto my Kore Essentials Battle Belt. It holds basically everything that should be in a trauma kit (shears, NPA, Israeli bandage, tourniquet, etc.) and I still have room for more goodies like chem lights, gloves, and sharpies. The fabric itself doesn't seem too sturdy but for my purposes (going to the range, LARPing), it should be fine. The retention of the kit itself is nice, hasn't fallen out by itself.

Does what I need. Though I hope I don’t need.
Fits every thing I need for a shooting. I have three pairs of latex gloves., hemostatic dressing and pressure dressing and three chem lights. Fits great on my belt in the center of my back.

Great Set
I have this paired with their molle headrest panel for added storage on a dirt bike (replaced number plate). Kit has been on rough terrain and nothing has fallen off. The strap for the front clip doesn’t hold the adjustment for long but it’s nothing I’m worried about. I just re-tighten it before and after every ride.

It's just ok
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is made very well and the tear away is always a plus but not a lot of room inside. Might of been my mistake but I thought there was 2 inside pockets one on each side but there isn't. There is a lot of elastic loops but the layout of them is not so good. Things get in the way of other items you might want to put in the loops so you end up with only using 3 out of the six loops. If you want to have just a boo boo kit that looks good then it's for you but if you want to prepare for things that might be more serious then keep looking.

Nice kit
So far so good. Light material but seems like quality. The design is pretty good. Would benefit from just one more inch or half inch of width. The molle straps are flexible and stitch to the molle well. Zippers and Velcro seem to be of traditional quality - no issues and no signs of poor stitching. This is my third piece of gear from this company and I’ve been impressed with the price/quality ratio.
