I love this stuff. I use it as dressing and seasoning. I use it cooking fish to steaks. Great basting oil imo.

Simply fabulous taste
This is one of my favorite go to oils for everyday cooking! The flavor is amazing for veggies to potatoes! I used to travel and bought a case at a time before covid. But my last order through Amazon arrived in an oilSoaked box. The seal on the bottles was open and cap was cracked. Well wrapped. The bottles weren’t broke. Only the seal. So not sure about what they are doing when shipping. They were great. Refunded my money and did reorder 2 more. Love it to much not to try.

Lends fabulous flavor to fish, meat, and vegetables!
I would pay anything for this Basting Oil because when pan-searing SEAFOOD, it adds a delicious subtle flavor. The Wegman's brochure "Seafood Cooking Techniques" explains, with photos, how to use Basting Oil while grilling, stir-frying, braising, pan-searing, and poaching. Similar brochures explain MEAT and VEGGIE techniques.Before pouring Basting Oil shake bottle well to disperse the herbs.While living on the East Coast where Wegmans has many stores, I used many of their house-brand products. The ones I used were of superior quality and quite reasonable when bought in the stores. Wegman's tampenades, peanuts, organic chips, etc. I miss Wegman's products because they made cooking/entertaining easy and delicious and I don't live near any of their stores now. I'm hoping the online price and shipping will become more reasonable. I think Wegman's should include the brochures with the Basting Oil purchase.

The cap needs to be sturdier. There was a crack in the cap of one of the bottles and there had been some leakage. But, I really enjoy this product.

Lots of flavor!!
Missed this marinade when we left Rochester NY for Texas. We were actually having friends mail us bottles of this prior to this product showing up on Amazon. We love the flavor and versatility that this oil offers and usually include it in the frying pan with chicken breast. It defiantly kicks it up another notch! Great stuff!
