This is what I was looking for! I tries use extract first and that had slight alcohol scent and didn't taste like ube, so I was quite disappointed. and I tried this item and this is what I was looking for! it is sweetened and has strong ube scent and taste! love it!

Great product, right for the price, good quality. Definitely will buy again when I run out of condensed milk. 👍🏻

The most delicious and unusual condensed milk. The Ube condensed milk is VERY, VERY DARK ALMOST BLACK in the can , so you might want to mix with the regular condensed milk to create different shades of purple. I have to say the entire batter had the most beautiful hue of purple and tasted delicious.

after developing an expensive habit drinking a nearby cafe's Ube lattes, I decided to attempt to start making my own. I found this product and it works pretty well for this purpose, since it is a condensed creamer - not too sickly sweet, but it does add creaminess. my only issue using it for this purpose is that it's VERY pigmented (a feature they clearly state in the description) - opening the can, it looks almost like tar. it would be perfect if the ube flavor was a little bit stronger, that way you could use less if you aren't a fan of how heavily dyed it is. i'm just going to let everyone think for a moment about what the inside of your body looks like after consuming something dyed so heavily that it looks like tar and the consequences of that (lol). however, it does exactly what it says and if you're okay with a little bit of an artificial flavor so you can get ube flavored foods, this stuff does work great.for anyone curious, i would mix my 20oz latte with a spoonful of this stuff (sometimes less depending on the mood..) and it would be dark purple. tasted great though!!

I got this to experiment with and the first recipe I I did was ice cream. Omg…I want to dive into a can of this stuff. This was so good, words cannot even properly describe how tasty this stuff it! My only complaint was that it was shipped badly— both came in very dinged up and I almost couldn’t open the can. I had to pry at it with a little can key, but I was determined to get to that sweet sweet ube nectar.

This stuff tastes horrible!!! When you take a little taste it tastes like I could be good and then instantly a bitter taste is left on your tongue... I read the reviews prior and trusted the customers but were clearly lying because this is not good!!! I wasted my money and I purchased 2 cans... It is extremely dark and resembles car oil. Disgusting....

I now see that there are multiple reports of damaged cans. Mine arrived safely, but it also had expired four months earlier!? I cannot fault "Jans" for that, but the warehouse needs a better handle on rotation or removal after the expiration date is exceeded. Fortunately, it was still usable, but nonetheless it was a concern and disappointment. Liked the product itself.
