What is the difference between this $300 coho 165qt and the Costco $80 coho 165qt? Both look exactly the same but can’t be the same?

This cooler keeps ice for 4 days. I haven’t seen a cooler that stays this cold before. Not sure but I bet the Costco one is not as good.
