This is a wonderful workout! You sit on the seat and use the handlebars to pull your own weight up. I use it almost every day. The reason for the 4 stars is that is broke and fortunately, I have an engineer for a husband and he fixed it.

First the item arrived late. Then I went to assemble the item and it was missing bolts. Took 2 weeks for me to receive a bag of random nuts and bolts they sent me. I go to assemble it for a 2nd time and the pre drilled holes on the legs were off. One legs drill holes were square, the other leg was round. Nevertheless I attempted to assemble it. I got it assembled, my wife goes to ride it and the hydraulic pump is broken, rendering it useless. I message the seller they tell me that they shipped it in good working condition. So pretty much calling me a liar. I would not recommend anybody to buy this product or anything from this seller unless your ok with wasting your hard earned money.

It is easy to assemble however, I recommend putting thread lock on the bolts they came loose after a few uses. I am only 5' 3" I believe I would get a more intense workout if my legs were longer. I love it's compact design.

Assembly instructions were terrible! I watched a YouTube video and he even put it together wrong on first attempt. The bolt to attach cylinder does not fit. I highly do not recommend this product! Waste of money and time!
