Reduced my husbands snoring slightly in the early night but by morning the strip is ineffective and does not reduce snoring.

The product works like magic, opening the nasal passage perfectly. Only issue- the stickiness gives up when exercising with the slightest of sweat on the nose.. useful for normal or night use. Not recommend to use while exercising as it will come off in 5 minutes
