My husband did a deviated septum surgery so he’s grateful for me introducing this product to him, he tried another brand but this is the best as it sticks well and helps him in breathing well while sleeping.

Exactly as described. If you struggle to breathe through your nose when sleeping, then this is a godsend. I use a smartwatch to track my sleep, and my sleep quality plus oxygen saturation have massively improved since using these. There are many benefits to breathing through your nose (such as lowering stress and blood pressure). So do not underestimate nose breathing during your sleep!

I feel like this works great for people with deviated septum since it opens up your nostrils so you could intake more air. Tried using it and it does work 👍, have it to family members and they were also satisfied Love the new double strength strip since the old one kept falling and losing grip. Removed 1 star because of the excessive high price (almost 70 AED)

Waste of money

These work great! They are very hard to remove sometimes but I think this is the price you pay to have them stick so well throughout the night. These will not come off until you want them to. I do find it hard to take them off sometimes and it can hurt quite a bit the first few times before you get the hang of it. I also find if you have an oily nose, you must absorb the oil with a tissue before application otherwise it may slip off.

Actually works. I put it on and instantly helped me breathe better. I use these because I'm trying to stop picking my nose, and it works. I wear these all day around the house and all night, don't even notice it on half the time. It' sticks very well, but it's like peeling off some duct tape though. At least I don't have to worry about hair on my nose. 5/5 Will be buying more.

They are easy to apply and I can feel right away how I can breathe easier through my nose. I had no problems with their adhesion. It hurts a little bit when they are being removed and sometimes there is some adhesive leftovers. But this is understandable and the adhesive can be easily removed/cleaned. I hoped that they would help me to get rid of my snoring but this did not happen. It is possible that I have somewhat better quality of sleep with them.

I have used these in the day, and some times at night. I have some nasal congestion with no runny nose or any other symptoms. It helped me breath better. Lasts all day. Did cause some discomfort. But worth it as breathing is more important than confront. Price is ok. I would probably recommend not to use them everyday. And try to skip a day here and there, so you know what it feels like to breath without it. If your using them for snoring or other reasons, I think it will work from what I see. But I don’t have that issue.
