I've been using it for a few months. Am happy with it, no problems. It looks nice and works well.

This is the second time I am buying from the same seller. Very good seller as quality feels like hand picked item. The top opening of the hanle needs little grinding as it a leaves markes on the razor arms while opening and closing the razor, being a handmade product it's acceptable. The handle is made of very thin steel which is not suitable for this price range. Buffing compound is not cleaned properly from many places. I recommend parker srx as paying only few more extra for a solid razor will be a good decision.

I didn't get the parker blades with my order.

The razor is very sturdy. It arrived with five single-edged blades. They are mild, compared to the ones produced by Feather, a useful feature when one is just beginning shaving with these types of razors. It holds the balde well. A drawback of its death grip on the blade, is the effort involved in unlocking the metal contraption, to insert or remove the blades. Perhaps a change in design in its next iteration? There is not much else that can be said of this tool. It is well built and ought to survive a few years.

Love this razor, bought it because I was told straight razors give the best shave, it’s true. But if you’ve never shaved with one before watch a video on how to BEFORE you try it, its very different from modern razors.

So left cartidge and moves to feather popular closed comb DE 1year back ,then moved to Parker 26C open comb 6months back ,and now to Parker Sar1 shavette a week back . First day got a great shave with two nicks . Second day tried with,against,across the grains .got one Nick and result is BBS . Good news is now it comes with Parker shavette blades ,not the pathetic shark blades anymore . Try DE razor then I atcb video on shavette tips and take a leap of faith . You won't repent. You won't go back to other form of shaving . For best result wash face with warm water ,apply ore shave oil and use a good slick cream or soap
