(uncooked) Pizza sticks on it: USELESS!
The peel looks great and good material, but doesn't reflect the description: "transfer uncooked pizza dough in and out of the oven"I've tried to use it three times, to put pizza in the oven, but the pizza doesn't slip on it, but it sticks instead. The result was pizza ruined, all ingredients spread over the stone in the oven and dirtying everything.I had to wait 30 minutes waiting the high temperature of the hove to clean the stone again. It barely works only if you put a lot of flour on it... but then the flour excess under the pizza makes it bitter! THAT'S NOT THE WAY TO DO IT!It is useless for my purpose, you can only use as decoration "in the kitchen, on the wall, or slid into the cupboard"

Practical and looks good
I doubt 'Chef Tomato' is an Italian brand, but nevertheless this is a good product. Nice big size for a pizza or proved loaf. Surface is fairly slippery and the bevelled edges make it easy to slide things off. Obviously you need a good layer of semolina flour to stop sticking, but this does the job as well as it could do. (I use it for transferring dough onto a pizza stone; it's not what you need if you're wanting to scoop things back out again). Probably worth investing in some wood oil to keep this in good condition too.

Great board
I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a board…. But I have to give credit where credit is due. Looks great and I had a perfect pizza launch. It’s much thicker than all my beech spatula and should last longer. I was originally a bit sceptical because I think they should only taper one side and because the board is quite thick, but it worked a treat.

not really a pizza peel
without a long handle and quite thick at the end of the peel it is not that suitable for pizza ovens. Nice quality wood & finish though, makes an excellent cheese board

A good wooden launcher
It’s certainly solid and does the job but the pizza size is going to be much smaller due to the bevelled edge, still though, its great for launching pizza’s into my Ooni Koda 12!
