SPICE LEVEL IDEAL FOR ME - ASSERTIVE BUT NOT OVERLY HOT. MODERATE HEAT LEVEL MAKES IT VERSATILE, EASY TO AMP OF HEAT LEVEL WHEN PREFERRED. FLAVOR OF SPICE BLEND IS MOUTHWATERINGLY DELICIOUS - AND ADDICTIVE. CANT DO RAMEN NOODLES OR INSTANT LUNCH WITHOUT IT. PATAKS MILD CURRY PASTE + REAL (BRAND) COCONUT CREAM + GOOD BALSAMIC VINEGAR + GARLIC POWDER = BIT OF FLAVOR HEAVEN. DELICIOUS IN EGG, TUNA, & CHICKEN SALADS. It was not the paste I was expecting it was the spicy mild curry paste. It's not do nice has the original mild paste

The paste is very tasty. The two types Mild and Hot give you a choice and vary the taste of curries you make. The taste is also authentic Indian. I am a long-term fan of Patak's curry pastes. Wish more of their items were available in Japan.
