A Good Time
My daughter loves these. The skates are well made and seem to be study. She is using them outdoors and they handled the park well. I love that she can change them wheels and brake as they wear. They are cute and they fit her well. I see her using these for quite some time.

Love love LOVEEE these!!!
These skates are killer! I love how comfortable they are, theyâre also pretty cheap for the quality. The sizing is like any other skate, Iâd maybe recommend going a size down. Theyâre smooth to ride on too :))

Smooth ride quality skate
So cute, smooth ride. Brand new so the leather is stiff, needs breaking in, so the thick padding is very nice feature. Was easy to loosen the trucks and customize to my preferences. The toe stop is very cute and good quality material, but always the first thing to goâŚIn with the plugs. Until they are broken in, I will wear them pretty loose. Laced up tight, I could barely stand up. Like most skates, they come in whole sizes. I sized up when I probably couldâve sized down. I always get compliments on these.

Check your plates
Overall I like the skate. But when I checked the plates one of them was misaligned. Since I have to send it back anyway, I've decided to spend a little more money to try something different and more comfortable. I may beginner skater who is skated in rinks a few times. This is my first pair of skates I've bought for myself. Things I Like: I really love the design and overall aesthetic. That's what drove me to buy the skates. Moxie and rydell have made a quality skate for a low price. I didn't think I was going to like the wheels but I love the wheels. I love the adjustable toe stop. I don't think it's a run of the mill standard toe stop. I love that it came smelling like peppermint instead of plastic. Things I Dislike: Reading the reviews I knew the boot would be stiff but for me it was too painful. These Boots are like a 9 or 10/10 stiffness. The boot would probably break in a little bit over time but for me it's not worth the pain and uncertainty that it would ever give in completely. The boot is already wide but apparently I have extremely wide feet and was still getting pain in the toe box. I have a 262 mm foot so I ordered a size 9. I still had a lot of room and felt like they were too big even after putting my own insert into the boot. I'm a beginner skater so I don't know if this is normal but the sole of the boot concaves where the plate is mounted. I wish there was more padding inside. Since the toe stop is metric the nut is also metric. So make sure the skate tool will fit before you order it.

Buy these- so fun
I am new (or renewed) to skating and these are well made skates. I bought them originally because the color and style were too cute to pass up, but I am even more pleased with the durability and ease of rolling that these skates do. Well padded (and I am 50, with larger calves, small feet and small frame ,so fit was adjustable to me, which is a plus).

AMAZING SKATES!!!
I did SO much research on quad skates... an embarrassing amount, haha... which led me to Moxi skates. I'm not a derby skater, I don't do tricks, I simply street skate, and these are absolutely PERFECT for that. They're definitely meant for wider feet, as the boot is stiffer and doesn't allow for too much tightening, especially at the top. So, it's great for wide feet and larger calves. The plate is quite heavy, so they're great if you're a heavier skater! I did some modifications right off the bat, like switching to 82a wheels, which are harder than the 78a wheels it comes with (better for concrete, imo). I also added toe guards, I customized myself, to help keep them pretty (highly recommend getting some!). Overall, I highly recommend these! They're sturdy, really well-made, and absolutely ADORABLE!!! đđ¤Šđ UPDATE: It's been 2 years and my skates are still in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!!

Smooth ride
I liked them!! After watching some skating tutorials online I loosed the wheels and kept my trucks the same. I saw some reviews on how stiff the shaft was around the ankle. It is very stiff. My husband bought some Chicagos and his are very pliable. My right ankle did hurt after a while and I will probably get some bruising but my left ankle was A-okay. I picked up my left foot a lot more than my right. I was using my right foot as a constant steady balance. My left leg hurt less when I picked it up to use it more for picking up speed. Itâs been like 20 years since I skated last so I was not very sure of my balance. So I think the right leg hurting and bruising is my fault for the way I was using my feet to control my balance, not the skateâs fault. The stiffness of the boot wouldnât bother me if I was skating better. The wheels on these say outdoor, they are softer than the Chicago ones and rounded on the side. The Chicago ones seem to be worn out after one go outside, mine are still good!! I thought I would have to get new âoutdoorâ square wheels after a tutorial I saw. Theses are great for pavement. The small rocks and sticks, I just rolled over them no biggie. These are awesome without extra altering. Just need to adjust the wheels to spin freely and maybe adjust the trucks for some leaning. It doesnât come with a tool, my husbandâs Chicago did but itâs a cheap aluminum thing that already bent and it didnât fit my trucks on the Moxie so thatâs probably why these donât come with that tool. We just used a socket wretch to adjust the wheels and trucks. Although, one skate did seem a bit unlevel on the front wheels. My husband adjusted the trucks for that and it seemed to help. I didnât have any problems with it while I was skating. All in all it was really fun and I hope to skate everyday!
