Is this pencil waterproof?

Will this coat white hairs with color to blend in with darker hairs?

I’ve been buying these for my girlfriend for quite some time. Her brows are blonde and this works really well at filling the area as well as coloring the hairs.

What color would you suggest for grey hair? Taupe?

It depends on what shade of grey you are. I was medium dark brown, and now my grey is more of a light taupe with blonde mixed in. I haven't colored or lightened it, it's just a nice mixture of color. I've do use taupe, FFEP02. But I also use the NYX eyebrow mascara in the chocolate (which is like milk chocolate) that blends best. I don't want to look dark but I do still have some dark hairs. I'm 78. If you're more silver then taupe should still work.

Is the brunette eye pencil as dark as it appears in the photo??
