Nothing to say here, big enough to cover most area. Note: It comes with a very useful fabric pouch so you don't need a seperate towel to use directly on your skin.

This has saved my life so many times! This is a runner’s best friend. Not just that, you can use this on any sore or painful muscles or bruises! Do not lose the cover! Most of the content inside is bio-degradable

It was great while it last. Unfortunately after less than 5 months it develops small leak at edge which make the blue content comes out.
