This is a really good value lip liner. I chose a bright red as I like to wear bold red lipsticks so the lip liner helps to shape my lips prior to use. This arrives completely sealed for hygiene so I was pleased to see that.This goes on smoothly with no dragging, it's very smooth and looks great on. I always apply a lip sealer too to extend the life of my lipstick and lip liner and this lasts very well.I hadn't heard of the brand but for under £4 you really can't go wrong with this! Recommended.

Not for me! Was looking for a deep brown colour but what I got was some deep red. Not my style and unable to return as I used it.

Beautiful lip liner

I use a lipliner pencil to both outline and fill in the lips prior to applying lip gloss. The shade I generally use is a dark red, darker than this Makki version in Red Wine. However, when I tried it with my usual pink lip gloss over the top, though it produced a different colour, it looked pretty good.This lip pencil, made in Germany for UK brand Makki, is smooth and creamy - much more so actually than my regular brand. This makes it a dream to apply. As the colour payoff is really good it could be used on its own over the whole lip just as a lip colour.I've tried a couple of other Makki products recently and been very impressed. The quality is very good given the affordable prices, as is the case with this lip pencil. It has a host of great features. Very long lasting, it's also cruelty free, fragrance free, dermatologically approved and water resistant. Easy to remove, it doesn't contain parabens. This is a great lip liner. If I hadn't known the price before trying it I'd have assumed it cost more.

This was ok.... lasts a while, however for me it was just not as soft as others I've used.

This is a 'nude' lip liner.The pencil arrived quickly, well packaged, and it was plastic sealed for hygiene reasons, so you know it arrives free from any contamination.The pencil is easy to you, simply twist just a little.It is nice to apply and is a slightly darker than natural colour which is lovely to wear. Its unscented and doesn't leave a nasty perfumed taste like some lip products. It applies nicely and doesn't have the sharp end like traditional pencils.As for long lasting, I use with lip balm so it didn't last that long, but on its own it lasts well.Overall very nice, 4 stars, I would recommend it.

This is a really nice lip pencil that feels smooth on application and doesn't drag at the skin.The colour stays in place well and blends evenly, with no hard line.I always thought my lips had become thin with age until a make up artist told me, no, just the lip colour had diminished inwards from the edge of the lips and using a lip liner helps to re-define the full, lip area.Good value and Recommended
