My daughter begged for a mermaid doll that really swims for Christmas. I searched everywhere and this was the only one I found. Paid $40 for it, was so excited to see my daughtera face when she opened it and her reaction was as I hoped. That night she took a bath to use it, it doesnt work. Tail waves back and forth a tiny bit but thats it. Tried moving the arms, tried changing front to back, still nothing. So disappointed we got ripped off and even worse, my daughters only hope was crushed

Commande livrée très rapidement et en bon état, mais .... au lieu de la poupée que j'avais commandée (Avery) et que l'on m'avait annoncée en stock, j'ai reçu un autre modèle (Kellan) dont les couleurs sont moins jolies. Quand j'ai voulu renvoyer l'article, la poupée Avery était épuisée. Donc malgré la déception, j'ai gardé l'autre modèle en espérant que ma petite-fille l'aimera malgré tout! J'aurais quand même apprécié de recevoir un petit mot du fournisseur, sinon d'excuse, du moins d'explication!

Only two different models of this and I bought three two being the same. Girls love them and because they change in colour playing in the bath is fun. Did not bother with batteries as they are happy holding them.

Au bout de 2 jours la poupée ne fonctionnait déjà plus et la queue de la sirène était déchirée.Donc je ne recommanderai pas l'achat de cette poupée qui était pourtant jolie.
