Can i connect this into powered speaker?

Yes but not a powered speaker into it. Meaning you can get the signal from the powered speaker but you can not get the signal from the speaker to the powered speaker.

what's the best known amp to push this sub without distortion and also i'm using a dbx-223 crossover? i just have one sub box till now...let me know..

I'd shoot for something with at least 300 watts or more. As far as the dbx goes, without running pink noise thru the system with an rta you will just be using you ear to make the adjustments, just about impossible to get right. Good luck, the subs for the money sound awesome!
