Q: DOES IT BLOW FIRE AND TAIL MOVE

The tail is in 2 peices. the thickest part of the tail has 3 or 4 ball joints from what I have seen. the rest of the tail had a bendy wire in it. and it does not blow fire.

No it didnt just a standard box

Q: I was thinking of giving this to a 4 year old. I'm a little concerned about that pointy tai,l looks sharp, is it hard plastic, can it be clipped?

The tail is somewhat hard plastic, not really poseable. The tip is not super sharp but you could clip it if you wanted to. I had trouble with the tail staying on so I had to gorilla glue it, so you may want to do the same for a 4 year old or it will probably fall off a lot during play. The dorsal spines are actually sharper than the tail, but I would think they would be ok for a kid
