My baby is back to normal!
I wish I had this sooner. So first, sorry if this turns out long but I want you to have the whole story. I've had my baby for about a yr and a half. He is almost 6yrs old. He's had bloodwork twice and both times his liver enzymes have been elevated. The first time the vet have me some meds to give him but they were a pain and very expensive. We didn't do anything the 2nd time bc he really seemed fine. She just said to monitor him. He has always drank and eaten and peed and pooped more than normal but he acted healthy. Well 2 weeks ago he started to not want to or be able to use his stairs and just seemed to be moving slower. I thought maybe he hurt himself but couldn't get and pain reaction from him and he didn't have a limp or anything. Well then a week ago, after a really hot day, he got worse. He was very lethargic, just wanted to sleep all day, no snuggles, ears back, tail down, and not asking for treats or eating and drinking normally. I could get him to eat a little wet food and drink like once a day but that was it. It was still like 1/4 what he usually has (he is a 15 lb Chihuahua and on a diet so I wasn't too worried about the food part). I was worried he would get dehydrated though so I kept a close eye. Because I know of his liver issue and that he was showing all these symptoms I figured that is what it was. B4 an expensive vet visit I wanted to try this stuff. You can see how mopey he is on my shoulder, I was gonna have to take him in if he didn't improve soon. He was starting to get a little better in that he had a few hours in the day where he seemed "ok" and even played once for like 2mins. Well I got this yesterday and gave it to him right away. By that night, he was already perking up and coming out of the bedroom on his own. He still didn't eat his dinner till 10pm but he ate it and that was the first time he had 2 meals all week. In the morning, he didn't get me up at the usual 6am to eat and play (not really mad at that) but was up at like 1030 and was very snuggly and giving kisses. I have him his second dose with his treat. He usual is asking for treats 24/7 but hadn't been at all and had actually been turning them away (unheard of... Again, see his big butt). Now, by his normal dinner time, he came out on his own, used the stairs with no trouble, and was again snuggling. We went out and he actually ran for a min and was walking with his tail up wagging. I am so relieved! He is definitely still a little weak and not quite up to fill strength but he is on the mend. I can't wait to see how this affects him further and to see if he ends up better than before. Again, I've only known him this way and presumably he has had this the whole time I've had him (and probably longer as he was not taken care of well) so I don't know if some of his demeanor has been affected by this. He has a bunch of issues I've been working on when him like aggression and anxiety. I will post an update once he has been on this longer and gets the full detox benefits.

It's working!
The Milk Thistle arrived 11/19... it's for my nearly 17 yr. old Yorkiepoo who showed some liver problems in bloodwork done before her teeth were cleaned. I researched it to know what to look for, vet put her on Hills Science diet for liver problems, but she didn't care for the kibble much. Picky she is. :) So I looked for some other possibilities to go with the canned version she likes. One recipe kept coming up & I've made & added it to her "mix" plus found she'll eat some of the kibble when I run it through the food processor to make it much smaller & blend in. It seemed to work very well & her liver stats improved greatly. I noticed her tendency to drink a lot of water again & she needed a little more help. Milk Thistle is mentioned a lot & I had to get her some in addition. It took several days & now she's not tending to drink a lot of water before her meals! :) She doesn't care for the taste on it's own, so it goes on top of her food mix of goodies & she's eating enough to show improvement & I couldn't be happier! So far it's consistent & I'll continue giving it to her. I give her a few other things that help her be mobile & see better than she would be otherwise, so all in all, she still enjoys a walk, sometimes even a frisky moment or two! I very much appreciate that your product is showing positive results for my lil girl. That's what I was hoping for! Thank you!!

Kennel Cough For Dogs & Cats
MY dog has a heart problem & tends to cough a lot. I give her 6cc of this twice a day am & just before bed! Then there's very little coughing. GREAT Product! Expensive BUT IT WORKS!

Works on our collapsible esophagus dogs
We have three dogs (mix breeds) that have collapsible esophagus problems. This works great; calms the coughing, appears to soothe their throats, and does not appear to upset their stomachs. Wish the effects lasted longer, but every dog is different. Hope it works for everyone else.

Somewhat effective until tested
So I have been giving my dog this for two weeks now I can truthfully say I'm not positive that this works. Not to say this isn't a good product. I have seen a minimal change as far as her breathing. She is not panting as much as she normally would. She doesn't seem to mind the taste so that's a plus. The true test will be when she goes for her check-up at the vets to check her levels so stay tuned for an update. Now the disappointing part of this product is the bottle dropper it's a bust. It says 2 droppers (or 2.0ml) for dogs 36+ lbs. This dropper will not give you a 1ml full dose to accomplish this. The dropper needs to have a stronger suction to give you a full dose this is the only thing I see wrong with the product.

Quality Has Changed (for the worse) In Past 4 Purchases!
From our first use, about 8 months ago, we've noticed that the liquid was getting thicker and more difficult to blend, after shaking. This order, yesterday, the dropper did not work and was clogged with thick goo. After flushing it under hot water, it still would not suck up the milk thistle from the bottle! luckily we were able to retrieve the old bottle and dropper. We were able to suck up some medicine but had to give 3 doses to get enough liquid in dropper. Our kitty is not very cooperative, thus I sustained a huge scratch on my chest. We chose this brand because it had the most positive reviews and seemed to be the most popular. Sadly, we will probably be cancelling our Subscribe & Save and switching brands. Our boy has inoperable bladder cancer and takes medication that can harm his liver. We need to trust his preventative medications and now we are very Leary about this one! UPDATE: We just opened our new bottle, which arrived, last week. Previously, I questioned why the product was getting thicker and milkier with each order. Now I want to know why the liquid is completely clear. As I explained, before, my kitty is not well and we are trying our best to prevent liver damage. I do not believe that your quality control is up to my standards. Also the dropper will not fill to the top, even with this clear liquid. Do you not believe that your customers deserve an explanation as to why the viscosity of this medication keeps changing? I am, again, afraid to give this to my kitty and am requesting a refund. without a proper explanation, we will be switching to another brand, as we MUST protect his liver!

Good product & highly recommend
Very pleased with the results after 1st month of use. Our 12yo cocker spaniel was diagnosed with Cushions disease & was loosing her hair. She was also drinking a lot of water so she kept peeing inside our house. She now drinks normally & has grown her hair back.

Saved my kitten's life
Our kitten was very sick. We took him to the vet and spent $250 to just take him home and him continue to decline. The vet could not find anything wrong but we knew different , we knew our cat. We were torn between spending more money and going to another vet or trying to nurse him at home and seeing if he could pull through it. Every day that went by I was thankful but also amazed he was still alive. I was force feeding him and giving him fluids With a syringe every 2 hours For 6 days. I Scoured the Internet everyday looking for anything More that I could possibly do to help him. I finally stumbled upon milk thistle And figured it couldn't hurt anything at this point. I gave him a dose and he had a complete turnaround within 24 hours. It has now been approximately 72 hours Since I started giving him this product. He is now eating and drinking on his own. He has enough strength to mingle amongst the family again. We can see him getting stronger and stronger by the hour. It is honestly an absolute miracle. After seeing how much this can help , I believe I will start giving this to my dogs and cats regularly for a monthly maintenance. My only concern now is how long I should be giving it to my kitten who was acutely ill.
