This thing is bigger than the photos ! My little guy is name Turk. He’s a baby at the moment so he’s getting used to the getting down part. He’s small so he flops right into the water. I’m sure he will grow into it. Seems multifunctional as well had several spots for basking climbing and feeding. The feeding dish is too big for him right now he barely claims in. Once he’s in he’s right on top of his food. The twizzers are super helpful. I forgot all about how to get the food out to feed him without touching it. Duhhh right. But they thought of it all.

First things first the packaging was just awful it’s filled with Styrofoam that falls apart and when I opened the box, it flew everywhere was not fun to clean up. as for the product itself, The stand looks cheap. paint is not well put on. it does fit for a baby bearded dragon which is what I’m using it for, and it was relatively easy to sanitize. The suction cups were put on with a really gross looking glue. that is yellow and it breaks down the plastic on the rubber suction cups. I tested out their suction there about a Medium for me. but since I didn’t want to use them anyways I ripped them off easily. as for the dish it is completely fine a little smaller than I hoped, but I should’ve read the description more carefully. The tweezers are a little flimsy but they get the job done for me at least. they are strong enough to hold the lettuce or other bugs but I would not suggest using this for mice or other big or heavy food. overall, you get what you pay for just keep that in mind. 😊

The basking platform is easy to use with the suction cups and it fit perfectly in the corner of the aquarium. Shipping was fast too! No complaints….

Works great! Very poor quality thought we were setting the tank up an during us trying to find the right spot in the tank bits of this were coming off in our hands.

All I would worry about is rough edges inside(technically under) but over all really good, not hard to fix edges either. :) over all really good suction cups and very good strength I used for a leopard gecko so he’s not that heavy but I’m sure if you used this for a turtle it would be just as good. Just make sure it doesn’t fall off. Over time with heat from my gecko it fell down which is to be expected but gotta watch out for if you don’t want pet hurt. ♥️

Pros: very strong suction, neatly packaged, nicely painted, came with a small feeding bowl and nice metal tongs.Cons: thin and hollow with an open bottom. Im going to have to fill it in and seal it off. Or possibly use it upside down and plant a live plant in it. Not sure which yet. I still plan to use it- i just cant right now because my baby turtle could get stuck inside it.
