Dice que son 3 pastillas al día pero los ml son muy altos para hacer 3 tomas diarias

The capsules are discolored. They look old, although they are not yet expired. The capsules won't open. When u try to open them, they break in tiny pieces (like they are old). Once opened, the powder is all clumped together... not powder. It's as if they were stored somewhere damp. I dropped one in scalding hot water in a bottle to see if it would dissolve and it took over 2 hours, even with me shaking it to dissolve it faster.

Its written 2 servings per day.. 2 servings equals 3000 mg ... isnt that to much for daily dosage ?
