Just do it. I’ve used this on my face daily for two years, and as a hair treatment when my hair becomes dry/brittle. It will give your face a natural GLOW without looking or feeling greasy. My makeup applies more smoothly, sets better and gives you a natural under glow. Face: I use this daily/nightly after applying eye/face serums, before my moisturizer. I moved from Austin to Los Angeles a year ago and my face didn’t appreciate the dramatic change to dry weather. While my face was dry and adjusting to the dryer climate, I applied this both before and after applying my moisturizer. It helps to lock the moisturizer in. That saved my face while my skin had to adjust from humidity to bone dry air. I make it a point to travel with this as well (buy a small travel container) — my face always dries out from flying. Lather up before and after your flight, you’ll thank yourself. Hair treatment: — Massage into your scalp and work your way down, through your hair. — Let sit for NO less than 15 min. I recommend 30-1 hour be your minimum goal, if possible. The longer, the better the results. When life permits, I’ll leave in for several hours and/or overnight (it’s never stained my sheets) for best results. This treatment will make your hair v oily so do this on a lazy day/night when you're around the house/not in public. Throw it in a bun or braid after you’ve lathered up. Many people say a little goes a long way here — and that’s true. However, when I’m treating my hair I use a very generous amount. I want my hair to soak in the hydration! This bottle lasts me at least 6 months, sometime it’s lasted closer to 9 months. So don’t be afraid to be generous when using as a hair treatment!! For a comparison: I tried this on my 9 yo niece who suffers from dry hair — should wouldn’t allow me to put as much product on as I normally do for myself (9 year olds 🙄), nor did she have the patience to let it sit longer than 15 minutes. When we washed and dried her hair, it was noticeably softer, however it wasn’t as soft as my hair becomes after a treatment (and my hair is definitely more damaged from highlights & dryer than hers). Results lasted through one wash for her, mine last about a week.

This is an excellent brand of Argon Oil. I like the glass bottle so no more plastics into the Earth or people. Before discovering Kate Blanc, I used another quality brand for years until I realized the ceramic container was not recyclable. After much searching I chose KB. I'm very pleased and will continue with it. Argon Oil is highly moisturizing yet light enough to use on face, hair, and body. It can be mixed with H2O in the hand or on skin when applying to make it even lighter like on T zone. It sinks into the skin well. Any excess can be blotted with a tissue. It helps keep skin smooth, nourished, even toned, and hydrated. Argon is anti inflammatory. Argon Oil is also is great for hot oil or any oil treatment for the hair prior to washing or for LCO or LOC treatments. Argan is one of the best, most versatile oils because it is both so moisturizing yet fairly light. After washing the hair, or on non wash days, refreshing hair with one or or two drops of water mixed with a few drops of Argon Oil applied to lengths and ends before sleep helps continually maintain smoothe silky hair and define curls on my long, 2B ish hair. Argon also combines well with other heavier oils or even used alone as a "serum". I don't think you can go wrong with Argon Oil used alone or in a DIY mix with other oils. I would highly recommend Argon Oil and this brand to a friend.
