We have a baseboard radiator where this would go and it’s taller than 6.3”. Can we swap segments so one of the 12” pieces is on the first tier?

Hello, If you need higher height of the fist layer, you could choose not to install the first layer of partition.

Could you make it swivel without putting one side on?

Maybe but the constant movement of the shelves might cause an issue with the single side. The pipe is in pieces and they are threaded into each other.

easy assembly and cute

This shelf literally took me 5 minutes to build. I have a bigger one with more shelves in my bedroom so I knew the quality would be great. It has so weight to it, so you may need help getting it into the wall. But I love it!!

Cute Shelf Set

Having a small bit of wall space in the garage and a great need for shelves, I took a chance on the YMYNY Industrial Pipe Shelf set. The set went together easily and had enough compliance that I was able to get all the flange mounting holes properly positioned to match mortar joints in the cinder block wall. Do understand that you don't get a lot of square footage, but every little bit helps.

Beautiful shelo

Love the shelves but the screws are way too small for the anchors. We had to purchase other screws to fit the anchors. This is a beautiful shelf.

Great DIY shelf

Great shelf at a decent price. Super easy to put together and install. I ended up sanding and spray painting the shelves black since I couldn't find a shelving unit like this with all black boards and the distressed look boards didn't match my theme, although the "finish" would looked great otherwise.
