The taste is ok, I have added to water and juice, I've been taking it for 3 day, 1 Tablespn. today I have plenty of energy, I'm usually able to only walk 25- 28 min 3 laps on my treadmill, BUT TODAY i walked 12 1/2 laps burned 414 calories and did it in 60 mins. And I'm still full of energy!!!

Way to expensive
Product is great but if taken as directed on bottle only lasts 3 days. If amount is halved, lasts 6 days. That’s over $150-$300 a month. Seems if they really cared about our health and well being they would lower the price. The bottle is only 9 ounces.

Arrived damaged.
It’s sealed. But leaked out. Open the package and inside was wet. So only half a bottle. NOT COOL AT ALL. PAID TOO MUCH.
