Does the water chamber come in it's original packaging?

Yes this water chamber does come in its original manufacturer packaging

Hi, Is this generic or original Philips?

It is identical to what came with my CPAP machine. I believe it is original Philips...meaning there is no marking on the tube that says “Philips” and I cannot remember the package markings but it is identical and works great.

How often should you replace this ?

I was told every 6 months to a year. Depending on whether you use distilled water or tap water. Because of all the impirities in tap replace it more often
