Alright so at first this little device wouldn’t turn on and I thought I had a dead unit, read the reviews said there was no reset button on this, upon further inspection there’s a small pin hold next to the charger port that a paper clip can fit in. Once you push the paper clip down there you got the reset button and the unit came to life and has been working as intended ever since. So if you get one that won’t turn on at first give that a shot before returning it

This emergency radio is great! Solid build with easy buttons. AM, FM, SW, Weather all work well. Bluetooth connects easily and quickly every time. Speakers are loud and sound is true and not distorted. All functions work as described. The emergency sound is LOUD! Great little Emergency Radio. Battery will last a looong time. Compact and easy to carry. Great for camping and emergency use. USB, Solar and crank work as expected.I would recommend every household have one of these for emergency purposes.

We've not experienced an emergency so only the BT and radio have been tested. The solar part never really charged it, I've had it for 3 years now and it is still strong but I must charge it with the cord.

I bought this radio and it did not work, I was glad that I asked for the change and they did it immediately without additional cost; very good. I received the replacement and after about three months of use the low tones sound horrible, like the speaker is broken. I do not recommend it. It's a disappointment because it feels well built and while it worked it sounded good.

This seems like a solid designed piece of hardware but the controls are so poorly designed, and the instructions so opaque that I don't think I would be able to use it in an emergency. Let me give an example of the instructions:"Power button/long press 3s to switch on.[Press silence button to switch to radio mode]Music mode: Long press to turn volume down,and quick press to switch to previous song …"Note there is no "silence button." I can turn up the volume, but I had to search the instructions several times to find out how to turn down the volume. There another 7 pages of instructions. "Long press to do this, short press to do that, press three seconds to do blah blah blah". For a sense of humor it says "keep these instructions." I can see myself with a power outage, no light, wondering where the instruction book is. Then somehow reading a long press of the silence button (?) to turn down the volume if it's not in Bluetooth mode (?). Bought it because it had a USB C port, and I'd like to convert to all USB-C. However the output is USB-A. To charge my cell phone I have to permanently attach a USB-A to USB-C converter. That is, if I can figure out which button to press and whether press that button long (3s) or short(?).

I am using this as a pool radio and the battery power is fantastic! I have only charged it once and allowed the solar panel to continue to charge it since. I can get a fair amount of stations with it. I have not tried the bluetooth yet because I really just wanted the radio function. It is definitely loud enough to hear across the pool even when my husband is mowing. Really a nice radio for the cost!
