in roughly 3 months i was able to lower iron levels from 32 to 25 taking 2 capsules 2 x daily + 3 times daily milk thistle drops and also curcumin, no bigger changes in foody...well maybe a bit less red meat than usually (not every day)

It definitely helps me with energy and digestion and makes a big difference for me. I’ve been using it on and off for the last 10 years. I usually take it before I go to bed and in the morning, I take also breaks and I use other supplements, certainly makes a difference and it cleans our biosystem.
