I used it as an ingredient for leather conditioner. On top of the moisturizing the leather, it also added the faint hint of cocoa scent. The scent would dissipate over time. Overall it's a great product.

I got this cocoa butter to make a salve for my toddler’s eczema, and the bar was so sizable that I was able to also make a giant jar of whipped body butter for myself, and I still have half the bar left. And yes, it smells like chocolate. I mean, it’s made from cocoa beans after all. Not sure why this seems to shock people. It smells like amazingly luscious, heavenly, wonderful chocolate. I added peppermint essential oil to my body butter, and while whipping the butter to a frosting consistency, I have to admit it was pretty hard not to not to forget it’s not a confection. Not only does it smell amazing, it also absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves it softened like baby skin. And speaking of baby skin — the salve I made for my son’s eczema worked so well that the very moment I put it on his hot spots, he sighed in relief and stopped itching. Like many moms who have a baby with eczema, I’ve gone through a ton of store-bought creams and lotions that help a bit but not quite enough to calm the fire — and for a crazy cheap price I just made a ton of the salve, with lots of ingredients left over to make tons more. Will definitely be buying this again, and also trying out their shea butter in the future. Planning to make my own lip balms, as well as body butters, etc for gifts.

I really like this brand of cocoa butter. I brought it is because it is unrefined and pure cocoa butter. It smells just like real cocoa and very very good to me. I really liked the packaging it came in, it was well packaged. The price for the amount of cocoa butter I received is really good. I bought this butter to use on my skin and to moisturize it. So far I have only used it on my hands. I wash my hands so so so much everyday and they become really really dry. I noticed also that the skin of my hands become not only very dried but also fragile and easy to cut. I have tried other natural oils to moisturize my hands and they did not help at all. As a brown skin black woman and middle age I need something stronger and better liked cocoa butter. I used to long ago buy and used Queen Helen brand in the past and it worked for me. So I decided to return back to using this cocoa butter. So far the results are great. My hands do not feel so so dry and fragile right now. When I use this brand of cocoa butter it does moisturize my hands and also helped the skin on my hands a lot. I will continue to stick to this brand of cocoa butter. I am very satisfied with this product.
