It's been clinically proven that milk thistle helps your liver. I dunno - if you drink a bunch, it couldn't hurt? I've heard that it can cause bloating and gas, but I haven't experienced any of this.

Been taking this product for a while along with other vitamins and minerals. I absolutely feel like it is working or doing something as I find I have more energy and less bloating. Super easy to take, the size didn’t bother me much as it is only one pill a day.
