Q: Is (max) air pressure 175 psi as described?

My shop air is set at 175psi and I've had no problems with it. As anything I wouldn't exceed the (max) limit for safety reasons anyway. I own two of the jacks and use them daily lifting heavy equipment. By far some of the best jacks I've ever used and at a very good price.

Q: Could I air up this jack with my on board compressor rated for 150 psi tank for air bags.

Theoretically you could because you have the air pressure but the cubic feet per minute out of your on-board air compressor is is so small, it will take a long time. Maybe an hour?

Q: can this work upside down. I want to make a press with it

I have a similar jack used as the power ram for a press. I mounted it right side up and let the ram push against the top bar of the press frame and let the body of the jack rest on the movable press part. If you search for "hydraulic press" and get pictures of the smaller "home shop" style presses, you can see many that are set up that way. Mine works really well. Keeps the cost down because you can use an inexpensive bottle jack like this one rather than a purpose built hydraulic ram made to work inverted.

Q: Could i air up with my semi truck and how long is the handle?

you should have enough air pressure from your truck most trucks go to 125psi or more. the handle is less then 12". I lifted my Peterbilt 864 depending on your load.
