IODEXMethyl Salicylate Rub

Index ointment has been around since 1948, and it has a long, safe and effective record. I use the form which contains methyl salicylate, which is an analgesic (pain reliever). The other active ingredient is iodine, which is one of the most powerful antimicrobial agents known to man! This combination of active ingredients is very effective in relieving the pain of bumps and bruises, but is limited in its ability to penetrate deeply into the skin. To remedy this, I mix equal quantities of Iodex ointment (with methyl salicylate) and a DMSO cream which contains aloe vera and rose oil. This allows the iodine and methyl salicylate to penetrate much more deeply, and the results are amazing! The rose oil eliminates any odor problem from the DMSO; in fact, the DMSO cream by itself smells wonderful!

Iodex is a great product it's old-fashioned remedies that work it's worth back then and it still works right now it beats taking pills for pain and it brings down the swelling from anyting is great for arthritis rubbing it on your hand getting hurt bruises I got hit in the leg and rubbed it my and it brought the swelling down tremendously and got rid of the black and blue mark it's the old-fashioned remedy that actually really works

This is one of the BEST products I have EVER used. It’s not widely known. I heard about it from someone else giving it to me to use when I had a very sore knee. Doesn’t stain, does NOT have a lasting string smell. And most of all, IT WORKS! I bought a jar for myself after she lent me hers, then I bought a back up jar, because I never want to need it and not have it. It’s just the BEST for soothing, relieving the ache, pain, or soreness.

I used this as a child ,now an 65yrs old,iodex been around a long time and I was happy to find it on amazon,I work retail for 25yrs and now my both wrist are bothering me a bit so I thought about iodex, I remember as a child it did help for sprains and such ,it just arrive today but am sure I’ll get some relief will definitely purchase again.

This is great stuff! The service was great and the iodex arrived in three days. I started using it immediately and it works really well. The pain I used to have in the heel is now a bad memory. Awesome product help sore muscle aches put it on at night wake up in the morning a new person no pain try it I believe you'll love it. Has a strong menthyl vapor smell which is not bad. Great stuff!!!
