I'm a 51 year old man. If you're wondering if this stuff works, rest assured that it does. The taste isn't bad at all. It's very nutty, but I'm in the gym five days a week, so I'm used to eating or drinking things that taste "off." The price is good for the amount you get. I've been buying this brand for over a year now and don't plan on buying a different one. This is a great product at a fair price.

Excellent quality with a great taste!

Too early to tell if it makes a difference. The taste is awful and I have not found anything to mix it with to make the horrible taste go away.
