Was the shampoo suppose to be wrapped or sealed? Mine arrived today and fox was damaged and no plastic wrap like my conditioner was wrapped.

1.7. I found it to be a waste of money. Scent was too strong and it did not perform as expected. Hair seemed drier after using; maybe due to the fragrance.
