Q: Does it provide good definition for 4b/4c hair?

Definitely...control the frizz n I get good definition my curls looks perfect, the effect looks for almost 3 days. I really like this product

Q: Difference between this one and ors aloe vera honey gel?

There is no difference between these two gels, just the smell. They're both great for defining curls.

Q: My hair is 2c/3a, fine/thin, and gray. i like other ors products (curl creme, curl jelly), but am wondering how this would work for my hair?

I like ORS products as well. I use the same products as you. I tried this one but didn't like it. I have 4C hair . My braider says its "full, soft, but thin." This felt so heavy and sticky on my unbraided natural hair. This was when my hair was unbraided and I just had a simple curly afro. I love their other products but this was a flat out never again. For a similar product I prefer Curls Blueberry Bliss Curl Control Jelly.
