Use exactly as directed and drink lots of water.
This product is amazing. It smoothed and tightened the fatty tissues on my belly. I didn’t realize how much weight I had lost until my husband and I attended our son’s wedding. I am not hungry and my A1c has gone down over two points. It took about three months. I am beyond excited. Thank you.

Not worth it.
Did what it said on the desperation. Used it 2 times daily for three and a half months. Did not see no process in this product. Does have a little sensations of heat but not to the point where your skin is red and irritated.
