I have a pioneer pl41, the stock headshell is heavy somewhere between 16-25 grams. is this heavy enough to work?

I would think not, find a heavy headshell and you can buy any cartridge to fit it. This A/T combo is a DJ cartridge and will not be the best sounding cartridge since it’s not designed for fidelity but more for back cuing and scratching.

Will this fit a Kenwood pc-200u record player

This headshell fits all record players with no straight arm so......... YES!

Will this fit a harman kardon 440sc. stratophonic turntable?
