Smoothie Recipe Book: 150 Smoothie Recipes Including Smoothies for Weight Loss and Smoothies for Optimum Health

To be fair it's clear in the product oage that it didn't have photos, but I missed that. In my mind a smoothie book has to have photos.

The book helps to me to make healthy drinks. Only thing lacking are pictures of an end product.

This book has been great for our entire family who all try to be healthy. The book is broken into catogaries which is useful if you need something more specific or you want to see how well it works. I also found it to be very detailed as it explains what that smoothie does and why etc. As for the recipes, they taste great and combine some ingredients I wouldn't expect, but they work well and go down well with all of my family. I definitely recommend this book. Arrived quickly with no damage.

The recipes aren't that bad, but with some pictures it would have been a lot nicer! But for the price is a good product!
