Hematite and Ball Hinged Pierced Earrings - Jet Black Jade

This is a rare occasion where the product looks better in person. Very feminine and a decent weight but not heavy. The black little globe is sized just right to show up but not have that "costume" look. I used my sewing measure which measures it across by clamping it at each side at the same time and it's 1/2 across. Not around but across. With my new short hair cut I'm very much in love with these. Very pretty and the silver part is encrusted with marcazites so it has sparkle.

These earrings are really dressy, but you could still wear them with jeans and a sweater and look great. They're a great size -- not too big and not too small. They seem to be good quality, and I hope to wear them for years to come. Love that they look a bit like crowns. The only drawback is (and this may not apply to everyone), the posts are a little thick. Would recommend.

It pays to read reviews. A man described these Hematite earrings and how much his wife was pleased. That's it. I had toget them on his word alone. Why? My story goes back to 1966 about a pair of Hematite stud earrings that I did not appreciateas a gift from my husband. I lost them and he stayed away from buying me earrings ever again. It is now 50 yearslater and I found myself searching on Amazon and looked to replace the Hematite Earrings I once was given by a verycaring man. The earrings tip forward, showing too much of the post and hinge. Decent quality for the price, but they don't "fit" as I expected. I won't wear them.

I must say that the earrings look even better than in the picture. I love them so much that I ordered another pair. In jeans or dressed up they are so lady like. I have a short hair cut and these are just the touch to complete any out fit.

I really like these earrings. I was given a pair as a gift and lost them. Like them so well I'm ordering another pair. Big enough to notice but not too heavy. Well constructed; clip snaps securely.

I have wore the earrings two times and it broke. I guess they are not durable - not that I mishandled them, because I didn't. They are lovely, otherwise, but I was not looking for disposable jewelry.

Love the look, and I kept them and wear them --- but they hurt my ears sometimes. And frankly even tho I've never had this issue with any other earring, my lobe doesn't fit comfortably inside the earring.But I like them -- and vanity is a tough witch, so I bear the pain.
