CTS Pot, 500k Audio, Solid-Shaft (4 Pack)

I wanted to write a quick review for this company. When I received these, they were split shaft pots, and I had ordered solid shaft tone pots. The sticker on the package didn't match the item, and I think that's where the problem occurred. I sent them a quick email, and they responded incredibly fast! They got me the actual parts I ordered even faster.It's easy to give a good review when things go smooth, but they *earned* a great review for when there was a hiccup. Fast response, clear communication. Great company!

If you’re buying these you know what there all about. As for the buyer…quick and professional.

All the forums of guitar nerds argue incessantly about dumb stuff like potentiometers and wire thickness all in the interest of “tone”. I am a sucker and got the “right” ones. They make the volume of each pickup get louder as you turn it clockwise.

Bought these before not bad

CTS Pots are the only pots I purchase for my guitar builds. They are reliable, always with 10% of their stated resistance, smooth control adjustment, no scratchy sounds when moving the controls.

They work great. Happy with the purchase. My tech did the work so the instal was easy af for me.
